There will be a GST of 5% on the entire bill.

The kilometers and hours charged would start from and end at our rental office.

Unless the quote given is all inclusive, charges for additional kms, toll, parking and states taxes will be paid directly to the driver by the customer.

If the car is booked online using our Itinerary Planner, and there is no car available in that car category, you will be given the option of changing the car category. The charges will be for the car category that you will choose.

Airport Transfers are one time pick & drop with a limit of 4 hours & 40 kms, extra if any will be billed as per actual.

For big bookings (conferences/events etc), we will provide you with aseparate customized quote. The above provided rates might not be applicable.

There will be a convenience charge on the Invoice amount if International Credit Card is used for the payment & for Domestic cards as directed by bank gateway.

Any cancellation or shortening of the trip has to be done 24 hours before the trip takes place. In case of cancellation, charge for the first day will be billed. In case of no show, a charge of 20% of the total amount that the trip was booked for or charge for the first day, whichever of the two is more, will be billed for the trip. The charge for the first day will be calculated as follows:

a . If an outstation trip was planned on the first day, charge will be for minimum outstation kilometers and driver allowance for one day as applicable for the pickup city.

b. If local trip was planned on the first day, the charge will be for the entire local trip as scheduled for that day. We look forward to getting the business from your organization. and we assure you of excellent chauffeur driven services at all times.
